The doctor is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. However, when calling to ask questions about renewing my medical card receptionist Valerie T. made my experience awful. She was rude and short with me and ended up leaving the phone call with more questions than answers. She eventually seemed to get irritated with me asking questions and raised her voice, I tried to tell her that her doing that made me uncomfortable but her tone didn’t shift. 10/10 experience here! Dr Chanlatte was so easy to work with and really kind. The receptionist is super sweet and helpful! AND it was cheaper and more convenient than the other place I had been going to. So easy to transfer, one in person visit and then it’s all virtual!
