Knowledgeable, Honest, & Not-Pricey – It's something very difficult to find these days, however this business is both well-knowledgeable and fully-honest. The prices are very fair too. They even told me about the things that will or may need maintenance in the future and helped me to understand around how many more miles, or the like, I can safely go without performing this maintenance. (I brought my car in to have scheduled [by mileage] maintenace/checks done.)

Highly Recommend Buddha's – Recently I was looking for someplace close to work where I could get my timing belt replaced. I found Buddha’s Garage on Citysearch and though they were worth trying as they had many good reviews. The quote they gave me was way below the other quotes I received (almost half of what the most expensive one was), so I picked them to do the work. Now I know why the have such great reviews. Hardworking and Honest – I feel like I owe it to Buddha's Garage to write a review. David, aka, "Buddha" is a family friend and my car was the first on the lift (and the one seen in the picture). When I made the disastrous move that caused a lot of damage to my car, we didn't consider taking it anywhere else but here. Best mechanic I've ever had! – I was referred to Buddha's Garage from two good friends who I know would never steer me wrong. I was just needing some front end brakes done and my yoya(toyota) was having a shaky issue that I really needed to get taken care of- not part of the major toyota recall stuff, this baby has 230,000 glorious miles on it. Extremely competent and knowledgeable – I took my lexus IS 300 to Buddha's for a much needed full tune up, and man was it a full tune up indeed that he did. For all the extra things that he included in this tune up, it would have cost me a couple thousand or so at a lexus dealership or any where else for that matter. fast, honest, and friendly – When my car broke I had called around to a few places, Buddha's was the lowest price quoted. I had read a generally positive review about them on citysearch, so I thought that I would give them a spin. Normally, when you hear a low price quoted, you can probably assume that when it comes time to checkout, youre going to be paying a lot more. Actually, at least for me, I paid 2-3 dollars less than I was quoted over the phone. If you want to support a local business, buddha's is the way to go!
NOT your typical garage! – I have taken my car to Buddha for the last few years, and have had nothing but helpful advice and he actually fixes the car - unlike many garages that will charge you for looking at it, then for not really fixing it, etc...BUDDHA does what he says he will, and only says what will best benefit the customer, not himself. I truly was sorry to see your truck go, but like you said, sometimes the repair does outweigh the worth of the vehicle, and we can't see ourselves helping someone step into a money pit.
