Traditional decor meets Pacific Northwest style in this West Seattle restaurant. Truly a great place to take a date, Buddah Ruksa's elegant surroundings, chic style and a full cocktail bar make it ideal. Oh, and the food: you can't go wrong with one of the usual Thai favorites, but the crispy garlic chicken earns particularly high marks. If you are a fan of spicy, try making your dish "level 5" spicy, but don't say you weren't warned.

Crack chicken...... I mean crispy garlic chicken! A favorite!
I really miss Buddha Ruksa. There's a pretty good Thai restaurant in nearby Gettysburg, but I haven't found anything as good as the crispy garlic chicken at BR. I used to take all my out-of-town visitors there and always recommended the garlic chicken. loved the way the basil came out crispy, something I haven't found in any Thai dish here.
The food is great and the staff is impressive LOVE this place
