Beautiful souls and a beautiful monastery! I have learned so much through the meditation classes offered at Buddha Mind Monastery. I can handle stress much better (ask my daughter and coworkers lol), I am more at peace with everything happening in the world (I will help where and when I can), and I am becoming a better person because of my spiritual practice.
