Attending Buddha Minds Monastery has been life changing for me. I was nervous when I attended my first class because this was the first time I had stepped foot into a monastery. But once in I was welcomed as if I had been there before. Each time I returned it was the same heartfelt feeling. This place is a second home for me, as far as feeling that I belong. It is the most relaxing & peaceful place! I ask my worry’s we’re left at the door and the energy just simply flooded me and immediately I felt at home ❤️❤️ If you have a issues that you can’t find peace please join us in a meditation class! I absolutely have found what I have been looking for! 😁
