My daughter and I attended the level one class. Wonderful instruction and beautiful, peaceful environment. I feel blessed that we were able to attend.
A good Monastery to learn Dharma, Meditation, and Practice.
This place is my sanctuary but not in the"normal"way.When most individuals think of a sanctuary they think of a place where you go to get away from the world. The monastery can be that when you need it to be but its the place where I learned how to interact with the world. I learned how to truly view the world and other sentient beings. Great place for beginners to learn meditation. That's why I first went. Very friendly, and I feel good every time I walk in. Quiet refuge for a bombarded mind.
