I was really excited about this item at first, but the quality turned out to be extremely disappointing. The necklace broke immediately at the clasp the very first time I tried to wear it. When I reached out to the seller, instead of taking responsibility, they expected me to print a label, find packaging, and go out of my way to return a product that arrived already defective. I absolutely love this jewelry. I have many items and receive so many compliments when I wear them. I like that I am lucky enough to have the choice of purchasing online, shop in boutique/picking up at their new shop. I definitely 100% recommend.
