I made an appointment for a cleaning only, as I had two previous times. They were approximately 6 months out. When I arrived at my appointment, I was advised that I had to have a full exam, approximately $350.00. I told the hygienist I made my appointment for a cleaning only. She informed me they don't do just cleanings anymore. The price jumped $200.00. They had called twice in 6 months due to a cancelation, wanting to change my appointment. Nothing was mentioned. Not a good business practice, very disappointed.
Dr. Budde and his staff is the best. I have sever anxiety and they all made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend them.
Friendly, knowledgable caring. Highly recommend.
