great staff and great vet. everyone is so nice and friendly and shots are free!
The vet is very good the staff is terrible. I had nothing but problems from not getting the medication I needed to not being informed of shots and boosters needed. And that's after a 400 bill for a yearly checkup
I will never go to this vet again . I went to have my cat spayed and they called to tell me my cats bloodwork was abnormal. I got in touch with them and they first said my cat was in sugery. I said ok ,but what is wrong with my cat? They said they got in contact with my husband and said I should call him. They wouldn't let me talk to the vet. They said they couldn't do surgery. Love taken my dog Chewy here! The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm not thrilled that you have raised your prices. Since I was there in November. Yes, I understand that shots are free. The visit went up another $4. Nail clippings went up, anal glands expressing went up. Waste removal went up. It would have been nice to know this up front.
I have been taking my animals to budd lake animal hospital for years. The entire staff is so caring, kind and informative. One of my dogs actually looks forward to going for a visit because he loves the staff so much. My other dog is fearful and they take their time with her and let her relax before they start the exam. I can't say enough good things about them!
