I called ahead of time to verify that this dental office accepted my VA insurance. They confirmed that they did, so I scheduled my appointments. When I arrived, I was told they do not accept VA insurance after all, which is a waste of my time. To make matters worse, I had scheduled two appointments for the same day, and the office had confirmed both appointments just three days earlier.
