Really bad experience. The staff was rude and did respect my time. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, and I let them know ahead of time that I had a doctor’s appointment at 10:30 AM. I was told there would be enough time. I arrived on time but wasn’t called until 9:15 AM, and they called four people before me even though I was there first. It’s impossible to speak directly with the office because calls are routed to an answering service that can’t even pronounce the name “Budaful Dental” correctly. The service appears to be offshore and had no knowledge of the business or answers to basic questions. When I asked where they were located, the response was also quite rude. Because of this experience, I’ll be choosing a dentist where I can actually speak with someone in the office who is familiar with the practice.

Overall is 5 star. Very new modern facility. Fantastic staff. Excellent hygienist. Reason for only 1 star is a dentist with zero compassion. I had horrible dental experiences when I was young which caused great anxiety with dentistry. I clearly made this known and requested nitrous gas every time I went there. My experience here was top notch until it came to the dentist.
