I’ve been into the office at least 3-4 time about my glasses. The first thing they all say is when you walk in with your glasses is, you know you only have 90 days, even though my glasses have never been right to me. Worst lenses I’ve ever had. Prescription is not correct, it’s different from the ones they provided with my sunglasses. I can’t focus more than 20 feet or so when driving, even though that what these are for. The staff and doctors are always friendly and punctual, I've never waited long to be seen. They are very good about explaining what's going on and what the next steps might be....even if you're only going blind due to old age...yes, I have 27 pairs of readers spread out across my home and cars : )
