Mike and his team took great care of us when we recently had to have both our upstairs and downstairs AC units replaced. They also registered our warranties for us, which is not something every company does. Thanks again Mike and the City Wide team!
I’ve been using these guys for years.
Worse ac company ever. They promised me so much and told me that their services had warranty after installation but they didn't honor it. I replaced the ac system in my house with this company. After installation the ac was still not working property. I called them and they said it didn't have warranty because they just got paid to install the ac system not to make sure it was working properly.
The crew at City Wide Services are top-notch professionals who really know HVAC. They are honest, do not cut corners, and provide quality service. They have been our go-to gurus for several years and we are always satisfied.
I cannot say enough great things about Mike and his guys at City Wide. From start to finish they did an amazing job! Mike is honest, knowledgeable, communicative, responsive, and takes great pride in doing excellent work. He was patient in answering all my questions and explaining things even after the job was complete. Mike is just a great human being as well as small business owner.
