This is the second time I’ve worked with CITYWIDE. Their last install lasted 13 years, no muss, no fuss. Once again, Mike, the owner, was easy to work with and quoted fair prices to accomplish a very unexpected large expense. Jesus and crew did a great job both as they dismantled our older units and then installed the new. Once it was discovered there was mildew on the motor and therefore possibly in the vents, they gave me a fair quote to clean the ducts and came the next day. Not a good experience for us at all. They were supposed to come out this morning at 9am to clean our coils. My husband took off work and called them this morning to confirm and was told someone would be out between 11 & 1. They did not show up so I called at 2pm and left a message. I just received a call back saying they’re sorry that they had a schedule wrong.
Mike, Ernest, and the team at Citywide help so much with my commercial condo building. Especially when I do not understand they do a great job of explaining what went wrong and how to fix it and next steps! Thanks for helping keep us cool most of the year and warm in the winter!!
These guys are great! They never hesitate to get things done, they are fast, reliable and the prices for the service are great
