I’ve been without reliable heat and treated with poor communication after purchasing a new complete heating and cooling system. Below I’ve summarized the situation. Initial problem: From install date - Intermittent ignition with oil furnace; air getting in oil line; repeated service calls through winter 2023–24 and into the 2024-25. Reached out to this company given the proximity to my home. Called the first time, it rang three times, then someone picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. I figured it was probably a mistake. I called a second time, it rang twice, then someone picked up and immediately hung up again. I'll take the hint and stop calling.
