We rented from Bud for almost 3 years. The issues with the house were the owner's fault not Mr. Starnes. The owner refused to make any repairs and upgrades. When the owner sold the house in the middle of our lease to a large investor who harrassed us so much because we refused to allow them on the property to put boxes on it and a for sale sign (6 months before our lease was up).... we decided to find a new home. My freind just sold his second wore out home ,from them payed em back the mortgage, so there's hope for yiu all !Hard hard nightmares tho ,each home failing inspection!Heartbreaking out fit !
