I recently had an experience where I bought a Tribal vape cart and didn’t open it for a few weeks as I worked to use up a few carts I already had in progress. After opening it and using it a few times, the cart shorted out. It was still 3/4 full of a $42 vape cart. I called and spoke to the manager, and even though it was way past any sort of return date, she was excellent and exchanged the shorted cart for a new one.
