July 23rd 2026 What a week!!!! Shit! I came in this morning having one hell of a day. Ean was able to help me find a good Indica for my pain. He is always kind and respectful. Thank you Ean! Careful. Bad customer service. Manager is terrible, no people skills nor do they care about their customers. They argue, fuss, and belittle the customers. They do not care about the competition nor your business.
Even after 6 months of regular visits, and being told the place was trans friendly, i had to quit going as one staff member refuses to stop misgendering me. also the fact this was done in front of other staff numerous times, all of whom refused to stop what is a violation of WAC-32-040. i’ve dealt with enough ignorance wrought wanton bigotry.
