Bud Eberwein knew my family was struggling to pay the repairs on my truck. He writes me an estimate that was way higher then I expected. I talked to him face to face with my children with me and he assured me these were the best prices he could get and the parts were exactly what Napa charged for them. It was eating me up how much they came out to so I called Napa myself only to find out he snuck an additional $200 dollars on my parts on top of what Napa charged.
