Very professional and the most pleasant car buying experience I've every had. Doug was fair and honest. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a newer used vehicle. I'm also looking forward to using their service center for my next oil change. They handled everything and whole experience was great. Their reputation is superior from everything I've ever heard through the years and now that I've bought my 1st vehicle I see why that is.
This review says it all. We purchased a great car with a good price from them in 2012 so they were the first place we went to look for another new used car. They are good honest people and know their vehicles inside and out, and explain everything thoroughly. We are happy with the price, the ease of the sale, plus no pressure. It was another great experience and we highly recommend them plus we love the car!
I worked with Doug to replace my 2018 Tahoe that was no longer required for towing a travel trailer. He found me a beautiful 2023 GMC Terrain with low miles in fantastic condition. Doug is wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend Bud and Doug Walters Auto Sales any time you need a newer to you vehicle.
We have been buying cars from Doug and Abbey for at least 20 or so years. They have impeccable impeccable customer service and are honest reliable people. We have been treated fairly and have always been satisfied with our purchases. Our children have bought their cars there and have been pleased as well. The service department where Alex works is top notch and he is a man that knows his way around tech issues. If you want a Christian honest dealer this is the place.
We have lived in Kalamazoo for 34 years. We went to local famous dealers for new and used vehicles every time we changed vehicle, and we had ended with only new ones from dealers because we did not feel confident on used ones from dealers.
