I have lived in Kalamazoo for over 35 years and have purchased vehicles for most of the dealerships in Kalamazoo. Today we purchased our first vehicle from Doug Walter’s( 22 Jeep Wrangler Sahara). Doug was awesome to deal with. The vehicle was in as new condition as I’ve ever seen in a used car ( new tires [including the spare], oil change with all new filters and not a scratch or blemish inside or out). I thought I would take a minute to give an excellent review for Walters Auto Sales, and I see I am in the vast majority of 5-star awarders! The service and feel after purchasing our 3rd car from Doug and Abby is a great one! Dealing with them feels fair, honest, and like working with friends or family from the start to finish of the process. Excellent quality vehicles, and flexible friendly people to work with! Well deserving of 5 stars!
We bought two cars from Bud and Doug based on a recommendation from a family member who also had bought multiple cars from them. Man am I glad we did! Not only do they have sales people who listen and accommodate what you are looking for, they also make you feel appreciated as a customer. Zero pressure and lots of care! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in making a car purchase!
We have purchased vehicles from the Walters family for almost 30 years. Recently bought a Jeep. Bud and Abby made this experience fun and easy. They explained everything, made the necessary phone calls, even called my insurance company. If you’re looking for a vehicle I highly recommend this dealership, honest people who do their best to fill your needs.
We purchased our first car from Doug in 1982. We had such a great experience that we have purchased 8 vehicles since then. We never had an issue with any of them. Doug is really good at either knowing what you are looking for or finding it for you. We wouldn't go anywhere else. He isn't just your car dealer but a friend for life.
