Horrible shop, completely unprofessional.the hood didnt line up, paint didnt match. They never addressed a few things and just left parts off. The stereo stopped working while it was in their shop, they refused to look at it, but happy to bill the insurance.
I had such a good experience w Bud Clary Paint & Collision. Had an unfortunate accident and that sucked. But the staff was so cooperative and accommodating. So friendly and made sure every thing was exactly as it should be and worked with me in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them and go back. But hopefully i don’t need to!
Can you put NEGATIVES in from tot the stars!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! we took our BRAND NEW 2014 van in for a small dent on the rear bumper. They had the van for TWO weeks!! and it came back worse than when we took it in. We got the van back in complete nasty disarray. It was dirty there were greasy marks all over the steering wheel, the doors, the radio station was changed the back where they "repaired" it was filthy. In early October of this year I learned that this business does not care about customer service. This is my experience: after taking my information the receptionist walked over to a group of men who had been talking about their football fantasy picks, asked who would "like" to take a look at my car. This was 45 min. before closing time. Even though there were 6-8 men sitting in front of computers not one was willing to speak to me or give me an indication as to how long I should wait.
