I verified with service that they were on schedule and my vehicle would be started on, on time. I was quoted 90 minutes when I made the appointment to get a recall checked and since I was close, perform an oil change. After 90 minutes I was told my vehicle was ready but the service tech forgot to check the recall item. If I wanted to wait longer they would put it back in and check it since it had already been parked outside. Otherwise I would have to schedule the recall appt again.
