Horrible experience !!!! I went to get in my brand new $107k truck to leave after the dealership fixed a warranty issue and I noticed a black ink pen mark on the leather of my center console lid. Barely even a sorry! Jesus the service writer tried to remove it with glass cleaner and it discolored the leather. They offered to fix it but I don’t trust them to touch my truck again.
Morgan and the gentlemen at the service desk were friendly and most helpful. My vehicle was in for regular maintenance. Everything was great.
