The customer service here is absolutely impeccable! I wanted to specifically shoutout Erika as well as the other girl with the lip piercing (i unfortunately did not get her name). They were both so helpful and kind and when Erika sent me off once my car was done, her customer service was seriously impressive. Paul Kim is the Hyundai go to guy , no frills and quick, he’ll have you on a test drive in no time and no pressure. Came in to just browse but bought one after stress free process. Checks fees as always with any dealer.
Drove an hour away to buy a specific car in a specific color. Called them in the morning to make sure it was available for me to buy and that it wasnt sold. They told me I can buy it and set me up an appointment a few hours later. Came to the dealership and they now tell me its sold. Told me they have a different car they can sell me. Total bait and switch from this shady dealership. I wouldn't buy any car from these shady people.
Had a great experience today purchasing a used truck. Andre was very helpful throughout the process. I will definitely head back for my next purchase
