The repair crews are working on our AIR CONDITIONING now. Apparently; there were problems getting parts from Japan and Germany. Normally; this a quiet and friendly community. My earlier problems have been rectified. I have lived here for 7 years and STILL enjoy my apartment. The problems... were caused by a LACK of communication. Let's make this the BEST complex in town!
10:00 PM curfew has been imposed. No air conditioning for 2 months; and if one goes outside, to prevent heat stroke., manager will FINE you. Paramedics are taking residents to hospitals for intravenous treatment for HEAT EXHAUSTION.
I have lived here for 6.5 years now. It used to be a great place; but recently, I was billed a second time; for a repair from 4 years ago. And a hooker/Convicted drug abuser (Destiny) keeps offering "massages" for $60.oo . I CAN'T keep her away from my door. The place needs a PERMANENT police presence!
