SO APPRECIATE MR. JAIRO ZENDEJAS with Bud Anderson Home Services!!! I value his expertise and diligence in making needed upgrades to our HVAC. Mr. Zendejas did extensive and lengthy work - cleaning the furnace air handler, blower, coil as well as ten ducts. He cleared the drain line, installed a new drain pan treatment, a new plenum & collars. He also added an additional UV light and an outside surge protector for our system. Ripoff. Overpriced. Tried to say there was a "book price" for a repair. Fixed it myself for $4 and not the $400+ quoted. Plus "trip charge". Beware, you aren't getting the service you are overpaying for.

AC technician Mark Cavanaugh did a great job at repairing the broken water drain from the heat pump-- he was very quick and had it completed in what seemed to be a very short time, even taking pix to show us that the drain was working afterward. We highly recommend him, and would have no problem in recommending Bud Anderson techs for any other service work that would be needed.
