We love this place..been a favorite for many years...so glad our grandson is getting the experience. ..
I can't even begin to say how bad our experience was at Bud and alleys during Labor Day weekend. It started with our waiter (Justin) making it clear there would be NO substitutions for any dish. Even though one of our guests had several food allergies. When asked what mixed fruit drinks he recommended. ..his response was 'I don't know...I don't drink fruity drinks". ??? His attitude was just terrible and he didn't care because when the check came...he had already added 30% gratuity. The food was sub par at best. Overall........ read more
