The front desk lady is so kind and helpful, facility is clean, doctor is on time, professional, kind, attentive. Nice online booking system.
I was in Immigration Clinic with Dr. Ulanovych recently. I was worried a lot, since it is my first experience I being in clinic in Canada. I was impressed with service and doctor’s approach with me, my father-in-low and my baby . Highly recommended.
It is a very good clinic for immigration matters. I have been there a few times bringing my friends or relatives, and each time it was fast, easy and overall a good experience. The person at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and Dr. Ulanovych was professional, patient, attentive and gave necessary guidance. Since Dr. Ulanovych speaks Ukrainian, my mom felt confident and independent in foreign country; she didn'tt need my help at all! Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Ulanovych!
Russian speaking doctor was extremely arrogant.
