We tried 3 different Assaggini and they were all good, especially the funghi misti. The pizza was very underwhelming. Crust was absolutely perfect, not much sauce (which was just plain tomato sauce) and I think there was more cheese in the prosciutto mozza ball than the pizza. Had a red wine sangria which was lovely and the service was fantastic! We will go back to try a few other items but won't order pizza again which is too bad.
I met a friend for dinner, we had a reservation on their patio. We were readily sat and our server was very attentive but not hovering. We had alot of catching up to do and she was great with checking in often and not making us feel at all rushed. I had the Pappardelle Pasta with a bolognese meat sauce and my friend had the Veal Cannelloni (which is her go to) both were prepared perfectly and delish!
Great Italian food. I enjoyed eating outside under the umbrellas. The pizza was delicious and so were the cappuccinos.
