I have lived at one of Matt's properties for a year and am going into my second as one of his tenants. Matt is an attentive landlord responding to maintenance concerns timely. Management is also very easy to work with and fair. No complaints, great choice if your looking to rent a property

Matt was my landlord for two years, and I never had anything but positive experiences with him. He is a great landlord who is very responsive, prioritizes his residents, and is very upfront about what he expects from us in order to get our full security deposit back (no shady deductions whatsoever). I would definitely recommend him as a landlord if you are considering it!
After living with 4 different realtors during my years in undergrad at UW Madison, I cannot overstate what a breath of fresh air Buckyrents LLC was for my roommates and I. Simply responding to our communications and concerns within a timely manner cannot be taken for granted in Madison's current student housing climate.
