Best in Town The city of Prescott has many gun stores to choose from as many are aware. However, by far the best in town is Bucky's. I have purchased firearms and miscellaneous supplies from Bucky's, as well as sold firearms through them. The staff at Bucky's have always treated me extremely well, taking the time to answer my questions and help guide me with my selection. They have never failed to leave me with the satisfaction that accompanies great value. Every time, without exception. Period.

Great place Bucky O'Neill's is the friendliest gun store I've found in Prescott. They also have great prices. It has become my "go to" store for firearms. I agree with the five-star reviews below.

Best in the West! Can't say enough good things about Jim and Dave! Have bought many guns from them, as well as shipping online orders to them over the past two years. Honest, knowledgable... did I mention the cute dogs Jim has? Always enjoy stopping by to chat and swill a cup'a Joe... and learn from them: my go-to dealers! Want Rudeness? Go to the elitists at J&G!

I purchased an AR15 through my employer; the transfer was handled by Bucky’s. I was informed that there would be a fee for the transfer. I expect to pay for services, but the average fee for that type of transaction in this area is $25. They charged $35. To add insult, I am a FFL dealer myself; I know the amount of paperwork and effort that a transfer between FFLs is negligible at best. There is no need or requirement for filling out a form 4473 or doing a background check. The FFLs exchange copies of their licenses, and the... read more

Good Guns and Good Grub Square deals and square meals! If you never are there when they serve their "Over and Under" Burger, your in luck. Sometime they by lunch for there folks and custamers get a bite! Funny tho, one of the guys is tall and skinny and tuther one is wide. I think I knew which eats mote of the burger! ps I ALWAYS GET MY STUFF THERE TOO.

Ill be blunt and honest. If your looking for prices bordering on criminal, then this is the store for you. All you have to do is pick up an 1800$ base model colt, then check the price directly from factory.......which is 700$. These guys have mastered price gouging. Well done Bucky. Try asking them about a higher quality gun like an LMT piston rifle, they will tell you the colt is on par or better. Anyone with a bit of common sense knows this is false. But hey, with enough stupid people willing to dish out money, anything is... read more

Spot on and honest! I have been going to those guys for years. It's pretty silly if someone doesn't understand the concept of supply/demand and market value. Those guys have always been honest and forthcoming about anything I have dealt with them over...to include the rising cost of ammo and ARs. I have a choice of either buying, or not. Welcome to a free-market economy. That said, they have always treated me like family, to include staying open late for me when I needed them to, or opening on a Sunday morning so I could buy ... read more

My favorite Gun Store in the Prescott Area When I first moved back to the area, I visited all of the shops in the area. Dave & Jim treated me right as soon as I walked into the door. Knowledgeable and friendly folks there.
