Dr Ayer has taken great measures to find a palliative and safe treatment towards Tanners battle with a severe skin infection. The genuine nature of compassion and respect towards patients and their owners is evident. The supporting staff is the front line of professionalism from entry to exit. It is a welcoming feeling to return for follow up or emergency as the practice focuses on timeliness of appointments.
Best vet in the area. Reasonable, practical and compassionate.
I just started with Dr.Bink and I have to say I feel my DeeDee is in the best hands. His compassion and caring are obvious right away. I know I'm a neurotic mess when it comes to my girl so this is of great comfort to me. :)
Rude and out for the money. Wouldn't refill our dogs prescription without a check up eventhough they have seen her multiple times for the same issue. What a rip off. They clearly care more about making a buck than helping the animals and their owners.
Dr. Bink is wonderful with our puppy - Tressa! So happy we found about about him. Very caring and professional.
Thank you, Dr. Bink for your compassion with Bandit. It is really good to know that you truly care for all your clients....how gently you treat them like they were your own. It didn't have the outcome we had hoped for, but we feel you did the best for him under the circumstances, and in the short time we came to you. We really miss our boy. We will be coming back with our 3 remaining babies.
