Only expect to live here a year. We got in when the apartment had been severely discounted because no one was renting it, only to find that out when they wanted $1,000+ more ($3,700/month) for 2bed/2bath rent on renewal. Maintenance was slow, and elevator was stuck pretty regularly. Be careful with your car in the garage. Great location, but otherwise not worth it, especially with current mice issue throughout the building. Just know what you're getting into.
I've LOVED living here, the building is always maintained and management is very nice and prompt with communication. I had a discrepancy with my utilities and Mandi at the office was very helpful in looking into this for me! Would strongly recommend Bucktown Station and Local by Laramar to anyone looking to rent an apartment in the city!! :)
