I have had the worst experience with this dental office! I have been trying to reach them for 2 months now - they are simply not accepting calls, not replying emails or messages on their Facebook page and their office is closed and has been put for rent by a realty group. I PAID UPFRONT (a lot of money) for dental treatment which is NOT finished. I have been experiencing toothache and there is no way to reach them. My husband and I a really bad experience with this dentist office, we spent $3200 for his procedure, which first of all my husband said it’s was super painful because it’s wasn’t handled with care, also he had to take off three days of work to go and have his procedure and when he was getting his procedure done the machine brakes down which they have to postpone his appointment, by this time he already had anesthesia on his gums, for his second appointment he goes back to get his procedure done again, and guess what the mach... read more
Exactly same thing happened to me he didn’t finish my orthodontist treatment and I pay already the whole amount. Someone knows how can I put a complaint to them.
I paid full and procedure is in a half way, but can’t contact for appointment any more. No one pick up, seems like it is closed. It’s been more than 6 months didn’t get contact.
Is this place still in business? I have not been able to reach them for weeks - each time I call I get a voicemail that says they are not accepting calls right now. I paid in advance - their monthly billing to save money - and I am not able to find out how much I have paid in. There's no portal that I can get to in order to find out that information and when I did talk to someone a couple of months ago they said they didn't know that information either.
