The lady at the front desk was nasty to my mom over payment. I haven't had my braces tightened in two years because my mom doesn't want to go back there. I'm only 17 and I can't afford to pay it, but I wish the lady at the front desk was a better person because I am suffering and just wanted my teeth to be fixed.
