Rich was wonderful to work with. He’s candid and funny and looks at real estate with an eye for value. We’ve wanted a lake house in Maine for quite some time, and as we live in DC, Rich looked at properties and gave very honest assessments of whether he thought a house fit our criteria and personalities. We knew the house was probably exactly what we wanted when he sent videos and was excited enough to say, “This one is worth flying up and looking at!” We just closed last week and couldn’t be more delighted.
