It was a pleasure working with Derrick. He was very informative and transparent about the home buying process. He was always available for showings, even on weekends, and had great insight into the houses we were looking at. He taught us a lot about home buying and a lot about the things we didn't even know to look for. It was a very positive experience working with Derrick and we highly recommend him.

The team at Buckspan & Deering made buying a retirement home out of state a breeze. Jaime was incredible, and guided us through the process effectively and efficiently. We greatly appreciated her honest opinions on both the advantages, as well as disadvantages, of the properties we considered. She even provided great video tours when we weren't able to be there in person.We could not be more pleased with the service provided by Jaime, Cricket, and Derrick.

Derrick and his associates were the best! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of buying our home. As first time home owners and with the current market we had so many questions. Derrick and his team made things easy. He not only knows the market well, but he also knows the area and will always give his honest opinion and advice. My brother recommended Derrick to my husband and I and I would also recommend him to my family/friends!
