Honesty is hard to find now days. I was referred by multiple people. Zero disappointment.
Miranda pulled out in front of me making me slam on my brakes. When I got next to her she flipped me off and acted like it was a joke. I have the entire encounter on video. Call center is a joke.
My contractor Ryan got me in contact with BGC (Joey and Justin) and from there everything was smooth sailing and fast. The work was well done by the roofers and siding teams, everyone was very pleasant to work with, and there were no issues. They made sure to be very thorough with the cleanup of the debris, which I really appreciated as I have a dog and didn't want him stepping on any nails. Everything (siding, roof and gutters) look beautiful and I am extremely happy. I couldn't recommend this company enough!
Jeremy and his team are fantastic. He was a referral by our neighbors and I see why. He explains everything really well and answers all my questions (yes I am the guy who asks a million questions per step) However, he has been extremely patient and understanding with everything. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Other contractors said 2-3 days on my roof, they did it in one day Start to finish. Communication is crucial for me and I never once had to wait or keep messaging for updates throughout the whole process. Jayce Kirkland did a great job through it all, plus who doesn’t like warranties on something you and they know will have to be replaced at some point.
