I had a decently sized tree that fell in my front yard. I called Buck’s Tree Service and somebody came out within a day or two for an estimate. The following day, they came and removed the tree and the stump, even going as far as cleaning up the leaves and debris from the fallen tree in the yard-All within an hour too! If I ever need another tree cut down or a stump removed, I’ll definitely go through them!
They came out here in a timely fashion, gave us an estimate, and then came the next day to do the service. They were fast, with it taking only about an hour! I will call them again next time I need a tree taken care of.
They came to our house and quoted the job, and said they would be here in 3-4 weeks. About two weeks later I texted to ask for a timing update and was told they didn't want the job anymore. "it's just more tree than I want to do." It would have been nice to know that before waiting two weeks and having to reach out for an update myself. Very disappointed since they came recommended by a neighbor.
