Chris works his magic all the time. Hope of Rock Hill has purchased a large cooler/freezer walk in, commercial refrigerator/freezer. Best prices and service around. Highly recommend Buck’s.
Very pleased with the service job. Called to schedule an appointment and instead of just scheduling a date and time and being done with it, Chris first asked me some questions about the machine, what issues i'm having and what i've done to attempt to fix the problem. He took the time to explain how the cleaner and sanitizer chemicals work on the ice machine. Owner is great. Very knowledgeable. I don't know much about ice machines and he took the time to go over everything I needed to know to prevent problems in the future. Will definitely be going back to his store for any repairs or to buy new equipment in the future. Wish I would have known about his place years ago.
