My family have been patients for more than 20 years. A couple of us have had eye surgeries. The staff have always been professional and helpful. Dr. Posner's expert care is a rare combination of comforting bed-side manner and good medicine and that has been our experience.
The initial wait isn't so terrible about 10 minutes and you're in the back doing what I would call a precheckup but then they stick you in a waiting room in the back which in my experience has always been an hour wait if not longer this place is terrible the staff tell you they will see you shortly but that's bullshit you just end up waiting they don't even do a great job the equipment is on par to Walmart I also feel as the only person qualified to do anything is the doctor himself but I pity him I've heard he had to eat lu... read more

This is a practice that takes patient concerns seriously! They will follow up and help guide you, which is hard to come by these days! I am most appreciative of them!!
I don’t mind paying a legitimate bill or copay. However my husband went for his eye exam and it was determined that he needed pictures taken of his eyes. However the person that takes the pictures was not there that day. He was asked to come back to have the pictures taken on another day. I paid a $60 copay for the original visit. And now along with the inconvenience of not being able to have the pictures done on the original service date and being “asked” to come back to have them done.
