I had Ian and Dave come out and measure doors, both were super nice and professional. I have yet to decide on door style but will be calling them back out as soon as I do! I would highly recommend them for your home renovation needs!
Don't buy prehung doors there, made in the shop. Poor quality control. Jambs cut without leaving 3/16-1/4" for door to properly operate without sticking, top stop trim is always 1/16-1/8 short. If you need doors, order prehung at the factory. This is a review for doors ONLY, other than that Bucks is a great lumber supplyhouse.
This is the go-to place for buying lumber—extremely helpful staff, excellent prices, and a great overall experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality materials and outstanding service.
I have been using BUCKS Lumber for about 2 1/2 years now. I do get quotes from other suppliers, but BUCKS Lumber gets back to me very promptly, their prices are always very competitive. Not sure what happened... Either new management or new ownership. I've bought materials from here prior. Called this time to order a narrow door for a closet and 4 lengths of baseboard and shoe molding and have it delivered. A lady answered. Not sure if she's unfamiliar with millwork or was too busy doing something else. She never gave me any prices. Said she didn't have the figures. Couldn't even nail down a delivery day.
