The quality of their items is really great. The price is okay as well. I have nothing but praises for the store and the staffs.
Worst customer service ever. Dropped off a piece of jewelry on November 11 to have work done, was told I would get a call before any work was done. No call ever. Was told it would be ready in "about a week". Never heard anything. Stopped in the week of December 1st and was told it would be ready December 7, claimed the parts hadn't come in yet. Bucks Jewelry store has been nothing but grade a service all of them that work there are top notch friendly people. He sized a ring for me very happy. Cant understand why any body would say any thing negative about these people. You may need to go back and give them another try you want find any better.
