I received a quote on a transmission rebuild, over the phone. When I picked up the vehicle, I was charged exactly what I was quoted. They even showed be the bad parts they had removed. Management was polite and informative. 30,000 miles on the transmission and still working well. I will use them again, and will give a review, good or bad. So far, I'm very happy
