I called yesterday at 9:30am to make an appt with Dr. Burrows. Knowing it's Monday, and they'd be busy, I waited patiently. 11:30 they called and of course I stepped away. Called them right back and the wait started again. It's Tuesday at 2:30 and haven't heard from anyone. When they know they missed you why not try again. I worked in dental and I would always call back. So now I guess I'll look for another dr.
Dr Burrows is awesome. Very caring, explains everything, he makes you feel very comfortable. His staff is also really great.
I had second knee replacement done here and I'm very happy.
Treated as a good friend and gave me the courtesy of telling me exactly how things are going with my recovery.
