If I could give a zero, I would. Everything was great in the beginning, my son completed phase one treatment despite my son being nervous and hesitant. We never missed a payment or an appointment. My son got the expander and braces out and out of nowhere I’m told he has to wear this plastic retainer thing 24/7 for six weeks. I was hesitant and questioned that.
