The doctor I saw was great! But after that I was never able to see him even though I have an $80 copay for a specialist ( not the specialists staff). The last nurse I saw even said she’s new and not familiar with my issues. No one was on the same page. They recommended 2 different medications but couldn’t tell me why. They don’t respond in a reasonable amount of time. I've never seen more unprofessionalism in a doctor's office than I did at my first visit to Bucks County Medical Associates. I will leave it at that because I don't feel like typing pages. Find someone else to deal with. They are horrible. The nurse practitioner was excellent, but the office staff is the worst and a bit rude.
