I applied about a year ago and when I finally moved out of wait list , after submitting all required documents I get a call saying I am not eligible because "damages on a previous place " which I endure DOMESTIC ABUSE. Having to deal with on going abuse , mental illness and homeless ess and be told by a person we can't approve you because a Monster decided to destroy my life makes me sick. I would not recommend this place at all.
I've been on the list for a voucher for over 2 yrs now almost 3 yrs..sad to say but the vouchers are basically worthless if you don't find a decent place to rent in a timely manner but waiting so long for it is insane really..also the owner/ landlord of any property must accept the voucher..anymore they don't due to bad experiences with past renters..so my guess is it's a waste of time..just saying
I applied about 4 months ago and they were very helpful. I got approved and the process was very easy and everyone was very polite and courteous. I gave them all the paperwork that they asked for and they got back to me very promptly about how the process works.

The fact that it was demanded that physically disabled people hand-deliver an application from the fingerlakes to your location tells me, you people are disingenuous! I suspect you are only interested in fulfilling job requirements, and we "dodged a bullet". Thanks for showing us who you are.
