Fantastic bike shop! Incredibly wonderful staff! Special needs rider knowledge, as well. Bought 2 bikes from them and going back for a 3rd!
RecommendedBuck's is HANDS DOWN the BEST bike shop in central Texas! They hooked me up with an awesome Giant that I use daily to get to and from work. Since then I've returned more than half a dozen times for multiple tune-ups and repairs, and only had to pay for two of them (both my own fault) as everything else was covered by the warranty, which they honor and do the work right there in the shop. Walked in with my kids’ $5 goodwill bike and was treated like I walked in with a $500 bike. Every single employee was very friendly, patient and very educational. They spent time with me and explained how I could do the work on the bike that was needed. Thanks, I’ll be back again and again.
I was able to work with Pete Buck on the purchase of a new Giant Hybrid 28”. Pete had patience and helped guide me to a bike that was perfect for what I wanted to do. Highly recommend! Great family business!
Three of us went in for road bikes and gear. Service and post-service were top shelf across the board - couldn't ask for better - many thanks again, Pete!! And very fair on pricing. Only concern is their tech over torqued the pedals way way way too much. Pedals need to be tight of course, but certainly no where near those torque levels. Even with a burly T-handle allen key, still required two 12in crescent wrenches on both sides of the T-handle to get enough torque to get them off.
