U-Haul rental was okay here. Highly recommend you setup online and check-in prior to picking up. This would have saved me lots of time on both pick-up and drop-off.
Not a good experience. Had an appointment today, called last night to verify the time and they said we were still good to come in. We took our car in this morning and the guy told us that our appointment got canceled. They didn’t reach out to us or tell us the night before. Would not recommend this place. It was very unprofessional. Especially in a time of need.
Agreed with Tom Sperling, did the same with an estimate, estimate was $200 for rear suspension parts. Called me, said was done. Hour and half later. Price was now $300. That is $200 per hour. But they do great tire work. Fix and repair tires.
U-Haul rental was easy and cost effective. Service was excellent and simple
Better go some where else they will get you any way they can
