My AC was out since Thurs. Called them At 8am Monday. Told boss wasn't in. The gentleman I spoke to said he would talk to boss and get back to me. Called at 130 boss on other line said he couldn't come out due to it raining. Said they would be there Tues between 8-12, No show No call. No rain from 8-11. At 1205 I told them I didn't need them to come out. I had bought Hvac system from them in 2016. At that time they had a good boss. He was friendly and they had great customer service.
