Our Asko Washing machine broke and Bucko’s is the only service in the area that works on that brand. We knew it was the control panel that was broken and told them that when we set up the appointment. The repairman came and spend about 10 minutes looking at the machine and said that it the control board did need to be replaced. We paid the $130 diagnostic fee despite the fact that we already knew what the problem was and they only spent about 10 minutes diagnosing the problem. We always use Bucko’s for our appliance repair needs. They are prompt, responsive, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy and their prices are fair. They service several brands and are especially good with older appliances.

They tried to tell me I needed a 700 dollar repair as the one part was non replaceable. 60 dollar part and 25 mins later and I had it fixed myself. avoid this company
