Their “diagnosis” is purely guess work. Fridge, oh it’s the board. Nope it’s something else. Stove, it’s the switch. Nope is the element. Couple years ago on the dishwasher…could be motor or the board. I took a guess on motor and that was it. Now I’ve paid a ton of money for a diagnosis and parts and labor for things I didn’t need and still have appliances not working correctly. Nice enough people but don’t bother. Our Asko Washing machine broke and Bucko’s is the only service in the area that works on that brand. We knew it was the control panel that was broken and told them that when we set up the appointment. The repairman came and spend about 10 minutes looking at the machine and said that it the control board did need to be replaced. We paid the $130 diagnostic fee despite the fact that we already knew what the problem was and they only spent about 10 minutes diagnosing the problem. We always use Bucko’s for our appliance repair needs. They are prompt, responsive, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy and their prices are fair. They service several brands and are especially good with older appliances.
