Great Company To Work With – Buckner Real Estate manages my two properties and do a fantastic job. My tenants are challenging (sometimes late and sloppy) and Buckner handles each circustance very professionally. I welcome the opportunity for them to manage my property. They keep my property in tip top shape.I would recommend them to anyone!

IT'S AMAZING HOW PEOPLE ARE THESE DAYS – THIS COMPANY DO NOT DESERVE A STAR AT ALL I am currently occuping a home thru Buckner Real Estate, with a nice size home and yard which I like for the most part but as soon as I make it aware to.. EVERYOINE WHO WORKS IN THE OFFICE WITHER ITS CHUCK, HIS WIFE ANNE, SEC. Find someone else. – I have rented 2 houses from this company. The first house was decent. We never had problems, never made calls to the office, until one day during the winter, our heat went out. It happened to be on a Saturday. I searched EVERYWHERE for the emergency number. It wasnt listed in any of the paperwork, I had to eventually drive to the office and get the number off a piece of paper on the door. I called Mr. Padgett and told him my heat was out. Professional, ethical, trustworthy – I agree with "traule," that Chuck Padgett is a fine businessman. He has been my property manger for two years now and he has done everything well. I have no complaints and am not aware of any of the negative claims by the first reviewer. Nobody asked me to write this, I just stumbled across the review when looking up his address and so disagreed with the original review, I had to sign up and write a counter view.

Extremely ethical, intelligent, well respected and liked. – I strongly disagree with the previous poster. My Padgett is a respected member of the Real Estate community in this county. I was a student of his, not only was he always proper, he governed himself with the upmost integrity and insisted his students to do so as well. The organization is involved in many lawsuits. There have been many through the years, and Mr. Padgett is currently involved in at least three as of Oct 07. I would recommend any other real estate agency than this one.
